Hi I'm Hannah! I am a compassionate and dedicated clinical therapist with experience in schools, hospital systems, and private practice. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work.
I firmly believe in the power of therapy to give individuals the tools, skills, and confidence they need to transform their own lives. I am dedicated to creating the space for client’s to foster their own growth through vulnerability, connection, and genuine connection between client and therapist.
As a therapist, I utilize dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based practices, and other therapies to promote overall well-being. I believe in and have certification surrounding the connection between trauma and the brain and how to utilize a neuroscience based approach to provide the best possible, evidenced based care I can provide. I strive to constantly be trauma informed and understand how systems and larger issues impact the lives and wellbeing of the clients I work with.
As a clinician, I work to be as client focused and informed as possible. I believe that the single most important part of treatment is the connection between client and therapist, and I am dedicated to fostering this connection with my clients. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and happy to meet with clients with many backgrounds and life experiences.
