Rates
We are in network with most major insurance companies like Anthem, Aetna, Optum, and some forms of Medicaid. Rates are dependent on the contracted rate with your insurance company.

- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Care Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. For further information of this act go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

Cancellation
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
